Accounts export

Accounts export makes accounts.toml configuration file with all accounts present on the journal.

The generated accounts.toml is a valid configuration file for Tackler, and can be used as such as part of the journal configuration.

See CLI option --exports and export.targets setting in the tackler.toml for how to activate the accounts export.

Typical use case for the accounts export

The account export is very handy when user starts the journal in ad-hoc mode (no predefined Chart of Accounts) or migrates from other PTA tools to tackler.

Once the account structure is settled, it will be easy generate valid Chart of Accounts and to move into strict mode with the accounts export.

With Chart of Accounts and strict mode on, tackler will spot and reject misspelled account names and prevents transactions to be "lost", e.g. end up into unknown accounts which are not part of reports.
